Welcome to Neshobe Farm PDF Print E-mail

Neshobe Farm is a planned, 103-acre community development in Brandon, Vermont, consisting of 121 new homes set amidst meadows, woodlands, and farmland.

More than a simple housing development or a conventional planned community, Neshobe Farm integrates housing, open space, wetlands, organic agriculture, and alternative energy production, together with an innovative economic model that creates long-term community business opportunities and builds a foundation for sustainable living.

Building a different kind of community requires a different approach to development. We’re looking for partners and participants to help us develop Neshobe Farm: builders, organizers, entrepreneurs, farmers, artists, educators, and of course, potential homeowners seeking a deeper, richer, more holistic way of life.

If you would like to be involved in this project or if you would like to live at Neshobe Farm, we’d love to hear from you.

Together, we can build a better future.

Great News!

Neshobe Farm has won the Vermont Planners Association (VPA) "Plan of the Year" award, as well as an Honor Award from the Vermont Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects (VTASLA). VPA has now submitted the project to the Northern New England Chapter of the American Planning Association (NNECAPA).
